E’ sconsigliabile introdurre nel frigorifero vivande ancora calde: conviene raffreddarle
preventivamente a temperatura ambiente.
curare sufficiente circolazione di aria all’interno.
AVVERTENZE E CONSIGLI
Do not put hot food into the refrigerator but wait for them to cool down at room tempera-
ture; all food must be arranged inside in order to allow sufficient circulation of air.
For this reason never place paper or plastic sheets on the racks. When placing food
inside the refrigerator compartment, take care that nothing touches the back panel.
Avoid frequent opening of the door.
To prevent increase of humidity, with consequent increase of ice, liquids should not be
stored inside the refrigerator in uncovered containers or uncapped bottles. The ice tends
to concentrate on the coldest parts of the evaporator; thus, defrost operations will need
to be done more often.
It is necessary to clean the condenser once a year (black finned panel at the back) at
least, with a dry brush or with a vacuum cleaner. This will ensure the proper functioning
of the refrigerator. In case of long absences, switch off the refrigerator but keep in mind
that once the socket is unplugged, it is necessary to empty it, let it defrost and clean it. Let
the door open to avoid moulds and unpleasant smells. In case of short absences, it is
advisable to keep the refrigerator in function. Before calling your local authorized agent,
WARNINGS AND ADVICE
if the refrigerator is not working, check that the plug is properly inserted into the electric
socket and that the thermostat is not set on position “0“; if the refrigerator is abnormally
noisy make sure it is perfectly levelled and that no external object is touching the back
panel of the appliance; if the refrigerator does not produce enough cold, check that it
has not been overloaded, that the door closes properly and that the condenser is not full
of dust. If you should notice an excess amount of water in the lower part of the refrigera-
tor (vegetable box and removable shelf), check that the drain hole for defrost water is
not clogged. The buyer is responsible for damages caused by faulty installation, and no
responsibility can be accepted if the appliance is not earthed in accordance with the
national standards rules presently in force.
DO NOT PLACE THE APPLIANCE NEAR HEAT SOURCES AND LEAVE AT LEAST 5 CM OF
SPACE ABOVE THE UPPER SECTION
Position the appliance so that the spacers touch the wall.
