UTILISATION
Réglages de cuisson
Comme les valeurs de réglage dépendent de la quantité et de la composition du mets et de la
casserole, le tableau ci-dessous ne doit être utilisé qu’à titre indicatif.
Utilisez le réglage 9 pour :
saisir de la viande,
cuisiner du poisson,
cuire des omelettes,
frire des pommes de terre cuites à l'eau,
frire des aliments en bain d'huile.
Utilisez les réglages 7 et 8 pour :
cuire des crêpes épaisses,
frire des tranches épaisses de viande panée,
frire du bacon (gras),
cuire des pommes de terre crues,
préparer du pain perdu,
frire du poisson pané,
cuire des pâtes,
frire des tranches fines de viande (panée).
Utilisez les réglages 4 à 6 pour :
terminer la cuisson de grandes quantités d'aliments,
décongeler des légumes durs,
frire des tranches épaisses de viande panée.
Utilisez les réglages 1 à 3 pour :
faire frémir du bouillon,
faire mijoter des viandes,
étuver des légumes,
faire fondre du chocolat,
pocher,
faire fondre du fromage.
Conseils de cuisson
Réduisez la température dès que les aliments atteignent le point d’ébullition.
Utilisez un couvercle pour conserver la chaleur et donc réduire la durée de cuisson et
économiser de l’énergie.
Pour réduire la durée de cuisson, utilisez moins de liquide ou de matières grasses.
Lancez la cuisson à un réglage élevé et réduisez le réglage lorsque les aliments sont réchauffés.
