Avec ce réglage, les éléments chauffants supérieur et inférieur et le ventilateur sont activés.
La chaleur est répartie de façon homogène dans le four. Ce réglage convient aux grandes
quantités qui nécessitent un apport de chaleur, comme les gratins et les gâteaux de grande taille.
La lèchefrite ou la grille + lèchefrite en céramique
est normalement insérée au niveau 2.
* Réglage de la température : 40 - 230 °C.
* N’utilisez que des plats allant au four qui résistent à des températures de 250 °C.
