Das Gerät abkühlen lassen, bevor eine Reinigung vorgenommen werden kann: dann die elektrische Verbindungsleitung, durch Herausziehen aus der Steckdose oder durch Ausschalten
des elektrischen Hauptschalters, unterbrechen.
Die emaillierten, lackierten oder chromierten Teile mit lauwarmem Seifenwasser oder flüssigem, nicht korrosivem Reinigungsmittel abwaschen. Zur Reinigung der rostfreien Stahlteile
Alkohol oder andere, im Handel für diesen Zweck angebotene Mittel verwenden. Für Verkleidungen und Profile aus Aluminium mit Vaselin- oder Samenöl getränkte Watte oder Lappen
verwenden. Reinigen und mit Alkohol nachwischen. Für die Reinigung keinesfalls Schleifmittel, korrosive Reinigungsmittel, Weißmacher oder Säuren verwenden.
Rüchstände säurehaltiger oder alkalischer Substanzen (Zitronensaft, Essig, usw.) auf den emaillierten und lackierten Teilen oder auf den Teilen aus rostfreiem Stahl vermeiden.
Ausbau der Backofentür (Abb.21) Um eine gründliche Reinigung des Backofens zu
vereinfachen, erweist es sich als praktisch, die Tür abzunehmen. Dazu sind die nachfolgenden
Anweisungen zu beachten: die Kupplung A einsetzen (Abb.21), in das Scharniersegment B.
Die Tür in die halbgeöffnete Position stellen und mit beiden Händen dieselbe zu sich
heranziehen, sodass sie aus der Halterung gelöst wird. Für den Wiedereinbau der Tür in
umgekehrter Reihenfolge vorgehen und dabei darauf achten, dass die beiden Segmente C
richtig eingesetzt werden.
Einsätzen (Abb.23) Die Rosthalterung ist durch 3 Bolzen blockiert; es ist ausreichtend Sie
ein bißchen nach unten zu drücken, umso herauszuziehen.
Backofenlampe (Abb.24) Bei der verwendeten Lampe handelt es sich um eine spezielle,
temperaturbeständige Ausführung. Zum Austausch wie folgt vorgehen: den Stecker von der
Steckdose abziehen oder die Stromzufuhr durch Abschalten der elektrischen Hauptleitung
unterbrechen, die Glasschutzhülle (A) demontieren und die durchgebrannte Glühbirne durch
eine vom gleichen Typ ersetzen, danach erneut den Glasschutz aufsetzen.
Wichtig: Für den Fall, dass der Backofen ausser Betrieb gesetzt werden soll, empfehlen
wir, das Versorgungskabel nach dem Herausziehen des Steckers aus der Steckdose
durchzutrennen, damit seine Verwendung nicht mehr möglich ist. Ausserdem empfehlen
wir, die Teile des Backofens ungefährlich zu machen, da diese insbesondere für Kinder
eine Gefahr darstellen könnten, wenn sie mit dem ausrangierten Gerät spielen.

Backformen und geschirr
Verweden Sie in dem Ofen ausschließlich hitzebeständies Küchengeschirr und Zubehör, das Für eine Mindesttemperatur von 300°C ausgelegt ist, wie metallische Backformen,
Aluminiumfolie, feuerfestes Glas, Keramic, Glaskeramic und feuerfestes Steingut.
Die Art des verwendeten Küchngeschirrs und Zebehörs kann sich auf das Endergebnis auswirken. So sorgen dunkelfarbige Backformen beispielsweise für eine schnellere und
bessere Bräunung der Backwaren als hellfarbige Backformen.
Ofenniveaus (Einsetzhöhen)
Die verschidenen Ofenniveaus sind in Abbildung A dargestellt. Die A. Schiene bedeuet die niedrigste Einsetzhöle, die 5. Schiene stellt die höchste Einsetzhöhe dar.
Ofenzubehöre
Entsprechend dem Typ Ihres Ofens kann dieser mit folgenden Zubehörteilen ausgestattet sein:
Roste (Abb. B)
Auf diesen Rosten werden der Backteig und die Ofengericte abgestellt, die in einer Backform oder einer Gratinierschüssel zubereitet werden. Daneben können Lebnsmitel, wie z.B.
Grillfleisch, unmittelbar diesen Rost gelegt werden.
Backblech (Abb. C)
Dieses Backblech wird für das Backen von flachen Kuchen, Windbeutel, Pizzas und alle anderen Sorten Gerichte verwendet, die nich in einer Backform gebacken werden. Für
eine optimale Wärmeverteilung sollte das Backblech mit der unebeden Seite nach hinten weisend in den Ofen eingesetzt werden.

ATTENTION
The oven is an appliance which, for its nature, becomes hot, especially in correspondence of the glass door.
It is therefore a good rule that children do not approach the oven when it is functioning, particularly when the grill in used.
The first time you switch the oven on, acrid smelling smoke may appear. This is caused by the heating of the adhesive used on the insulation panels surrounding the oven. There
is nothing unusual about this. If it happens, simply wait untill the smoke disappears before putting any food in the oven. Never roast or bake on the oven base.
IMPORTANT
This appliance must be used exclusively for cooking food and not for any other purpose.
Any other use of the appliance (such as heating a room) is improper and therefore dangerous.
The manufacturer will not accept responsibility for any damage caused by the improper and unreasonable use of the appliance.
There are certain basic rules which must be observed when using any electrical appliance, i.e.:
- disconnect the appliance from the electric mains supply before carrying out any cleaning or maintenance operation.
