U kunt het apparaat gebruiken om voedsel
te ontdooien wanneer u de thermostaat
op 1 zet. Op die manier kan ook voedsel
verpakt in aluminium worden ontdooid.
Het schuifje waarmee u de afstand tussen de
platen kunt afstemmen op uw wensen of het
voedsel dat u bereidt, bevindt zich aan de
zijkant van het handvat.
U kunt de contactgrill voor
verschillende doeleinden gebruiken
omdat de grillplaten instelbaar zijn
in afstand en positie. De regelbare
temperatuurinstelling ondersteunt de
verschillende manieren van gebruik.
Gesloten grillstand
In deze positie ligt het voedsel tussen de
bovenste en onderste grillplaat.
Omdat beide platen in contact staan met
het voedsel, is de grilltijd kort. Daarom is
deze grillstand geschikt voor het bereiden
van tosti’s, voor roosteren, enzovoorts.
De speciale vormgeving van het handvat
voorkomt dat het voedsel wegglijdt. De
bovenste grillplaat is zodanig vormgegeven
dat het eigen gewicht zorgt voor de beste
grillresultaten. Daarom is het niet aan te
raden extra druk op de grillplaat uit te
oefenen.
Grillstand
Als u voedsel wilt grillen of dikke sneden
brood wilt roosteren, kunt u de afstand
tussen de grillplaten aanpassen met de
hoogteschuif op stand 1, 2 of 3.
Het schuifje waarmee u de afstand tussen
de platen kunt afstemmen op uw wensen
of het voedsel dat u bereidt, bevindt zich
aan de zijkant van het handvat.
Grillstanden en -instellingen
Barbecuestand
Breng het apparaat alleen in de
barbecuestand wanneer het apparaat
koud is.
De bovenste grillplaat is zodanig
ontworpen, dat deze rechtop blijft wanneer
deze in verticale positie is gebracht.
Daarom hoeft u de bovenste grillplaat niet
tegen te houden wanneer u voedsel op de
onderste grillplaat legt.
Door de bovenste grillplaat samen met het
handvat vast te houden en naar achteren
te duwen brengt u de deze in horizontale
positie nadat u het voedsel op de onderste
grillplaat hebt gelegd.
