Verbindingen tussen externe lijnen
Met uw BusinessPhone-PBX kunt u een externe
gespreksdoorschakeling of een conferentie tot stand brengen met
meer dan één externe partij of een extern gesprek doorschakelen
naar een andere externe bestemming (bijvoorbeeld een mobiel
telefoontoestel). Deze eigenschappen zijn zeer nuttig voor het
alledaagse zakenleven.
Opmerking: Wanneer deze eigenschappen worden
aangewend, zal uw BusinessPhone ten minste twee
externe lijnen bezetten.
Er kunnen echter nadelen ontstaan door het verbinden met
verschillende externe lijnen. Wij zouden uw aandacht op het
volgende willen vestigen:
• Verbind geen externe gesprekken door met een externe
mailbox, een informatiesysteem of externe partijen
voordat zij hebben geantwoord.
• Als u met twee externe lijnen bent verbonden, annuleert
u één ervan door op ‘R’ en ‘1’ te drukken.
Als de externe partijen geen personen zijn (mailbox,
geautomatiseerde informatie- of bedieningssystemen enzovoort),
kunnen verbindingen met een externe lijn lang duren, en dit kan
zeer duur worden. Bovendien kunnen zulke gesprekken twee
externe lijnen van uw systeem bezetten. U kunt verbindingen
tussen de externe lijnen beperken door uw systeem te
herprogrammeren.
