Interne berichten
Ontvangen berichten nakijken en opslaan
Een ontvangen bericht wordt door een berichtafbeelding (envelop)
aangetoond op het display (er kan ook een speciale kiestoon worden
gebruikt om aan te tonen dat er een bericht voorhanden is, indien
geprogrammeerd). Bijkomend kunt u het aantal berichten dat zich
in de wachtrij bevindt op het display zien.
De ontvangen berichten worden in de volgende drie categorieën
ingedeeld:
• Nieuwe berichten (niet beluisterd)
• Beluisterde berichten
•Opgeslagen berichten
Gesproken berichten kunnen ook naar andere mailboxnummers
(individuele of algemene) worden verzonden, zie ‘Gesproken
bericht doorsturen’ op pagina 40.
Opmerking: De berichten worden van het systeem gewist
na een bepaalde tijd. De tijd is afhankelijk van de categorie
waartoe het bericht hoort. Raadpleeg uw systeembeheerder
voor meer informatie hierover.

Opmerking: U kunt een nummer of functie op de toets R/
Bericht programmeren. Hierdoor werkt de standaardfunctie
waarmee u uw berichtensysteem direct opent niet meer. Als
u de functie voor melding van berichten (standaard) opnieuw
wilt gebruiken, moet het nummer waarmee u het
berichtensysteem opent opnieuw worden ingevoerd. Zie
‘Nummer of functie onder de toets R/Bericht
programmeren’ op pagina 50.
U kunt uw ontvangen berichten nakijken en opslaan. Er kunnen tot
20 berichten worden bewaard. Gesproken berichten kunt u horen.
Bel mij-berichten roepen de verzender automatisch op (deze
berichten kunnen niet worden opgeslagen).
Opmerking: Afhankelijk van de configuratie kunt u verzocht
worden uw wachtwoord in te voeren voordat u berichten
kunt opvragen. Zie ‘Beveiliging’ op pagina 64.
