plunjer automatisch naar de hoogste stand gaan. Indien de plunjer reeds in de
hoogste stand staat als de motor start, beide bedieningshendels vastpakken en
naar beneden brengen; de plunjer moet nu naar beneden gaan. Indien de
plunjer niet beweegt als de motor start, de motor onmiddellijk stopzetten en de
draairichting van de motor veranderen (zie hoofdstuk 4 punt 6).
LAAT DE MOTOR NOOIT IN DE VERKEERDE RICHTING DRAAIEN.
HIERDOOR ZAL DE POMP ERNSTIG BESCHADIGEN EN VERVALT DE
GARANTIE.
▪ Wanneer u bij extreem lage temperaturen moet werken, de houtklover voor
gebruik15 minuten onbelast laten draaien om de hydraulische olie op te
warmen.
Voor gebruik controleren of de 2-knops bediening goed werkt. Ga als volgt te
werk:
¾ Breng beide bedieningshendels naar beneden; de klover zal naar beneden
gaan tot ongeveer 5 cm boven de hoogste stand van het steunvlak.
¾ Als u een van beide hendels loslaat, blijft de klover in de originele stand.
¾ Als u beide hendels tegelijkertijd loslaat, zal de klover automatisch naar de
hoogste stand gaan.
Het instellen van de slaglengte van de klover gaat als volgt:
¾
Breng de klover naar de gewenste stand. De hoogste stand van de
slaglengte van de klover moet ongeveer 3 – 5 cm hoger zijn dan de te
kloven houtblokken.
¾
Laat een bedieningshendel los of schakel de motor uit.
¾
Met de gemonteerde ketting de juiste hoogte instellen door de ketting in de
gewenste schakel van het oog op het aandrukvierkant te monteren.
¾
Laat beide bedieningshendels los of schakel de motor uit.
¾
Controleer de hoogste stand van de klover.
Plaats een houtblok op de houtklover. Plaats het houtblok verticaal op het
steunvlak en zorg ervoor dat het houtblok vlak op het steunvlak staat. Overtuig
u ervan dat de klover en het steunvlak loodrecht contact maken met het
houtblok tot het eind. Probeer nooit om een houtblok in een hoek te kloven.
Kloof het hout in de richting van de draad. Plaats het hout niet overdwars in de
houtklover; dit kan gevaarlijk zijn en de machine ernstig beschadigen.
