Load paper in the cassette 2.

You can also load paper in the rear paper feed slot.

Place original.

& “Placing Originals” on page 36

Enter Copy mode from the Home menu.

Press + or - to set the number of copies.

Set the color.

Press d to make the copy settings.

Select 2-Sided Copying.

Select the type of 2-sided copying.

Setting Description

1>1-Sided Normal copying.

1>2-Sided Two single-sided originals are printed onto each side of a single sheet of paper.

Make the appropriate settings for Document Orientation or Binding Margin.

Setting Description

Document Orientation Specifies the orientation of your originals.

Binding Margin Specifies the binding direction of your prints.

Note:

Depending on the settings for 2-Sided Copying and Layout, these menus may not be available.

Press x to start copying.

Layout copying

With the layout function, you can copy two single-sided originals onto a single page.
