Instrucciones importantes de seguridad
Lea atentamente estas instrucciones y consérvelas por si tiene que consultarlas

o No coloque la impresora sobre una superficie inestable ni cerca de ra-
diadores ni fuentes de calor.
o Coloque la impresora sobre una superficie plana. La impresora no funcion-
ará correctamente si la instala inclinada o desnivelada.
o No bloquee ni obstruya las aberturas de la carcasa de la impresora. Tampoco
inserte ningún tipo de objeto a través de estas ranuras.
o Utilice sólo una toma de corriente que cumpla con los valores indicados en
la etiqueta de la parte posterior de la impresora.
o Conecte todos los equipos a tomas de corriente con su correspondiente
derivación a masa. No utilice tomas de corriente en cuyo circuito estén
conectadas fotocopiadoras o sistemas de control de aire que se activan y
desactivan de forma periódica.
o No utilice cables de alimentación dañados o rotos.
o Si utiliza un cable de extensión para conectar la impresora, compruebe que
el amperaje total de los dispositivos conectados al cable no sobrepase su
límite máximo. Compruebe también que el amperaje total de los disposi-
tivos conectados a la toma de corriente no supere el amperaje de ésta.
o Desconecte la impresora antes de limpiarla. Límpiela sólo con un paño
ligeramente humedecido. No derrame líquidos en su interior.
o No intente reparar la impresora usted mismo, a excepción de aquellos
puntos específicamente descritos en este manual.
