❏ Clean the paper path.
❏ Clean the scanner glass.
❏ Do not press too hard on the original or the document cover when you are placing the originals on the scanner
glass.
❏ When the paper is smeared, lower the copy density setting.

  • my printer keeps switching itself off ,I then have to switch it back on to print on wi fi then it prints it just won stay on Submitted on 6-7-2017 at 16:24
