Het bedieningspaneel gebruiken
Ga als volgt te werk om de spuitkanaaltjes met de knoppen op het product te controleren.
A
Controleer of er geen waarschuwingslampjes branden.
B
Schakel het apparaat uit.
C
Zorg ervoor dat de papierinvoer aan de achterkant papier van A4- of Letter-formaat bevat.
D
Houd de knop b ingedrukt en druk op de knop P om het product in te schakelen.
E
Laat de beide knoppen los zodra het product inschakelt. Het product drukt een spuitkanaaltjespatroon af.
Hieronder vindt u twee voorbeelden van een spuitkanaaltjespatroon.
Vergelijk de kwaliteit van de afgedrukte controlepagina met het onderstaande voorbeeld. Als er geen
problemen zijn met de afdrukkwaliteit, zoals gaten of ontbrekende delen in de testlijnen, dan is de printkop
in orde.
Als delen van de afgedrukte lijnen ontbreken, zoals in het onderstaande voorbeeld, kan dit betekenen dat
een spuitkanaaltje verstopt is of dat de printkop verkeerd is uitgelijnd.

De printkop reinigen
Als uw afdrukken opeens vager worden of als er puntjes ontbreken, kunt u proberen het probleem op te lossen
door de printkop te reinigen, zodat de inkt weer op de juiste wijze door de spuitkanaaltjes wordt toegevoerd.
U kunt de printkop reinigen vanaf uw computer met het hulpprogramma Head Cleaning (Printkop reinigen) of
rechtstreeks vanaf de printer met de knoppen op het configuratiescherm.
