❏ Als het inktniveau in een van de inkttanks lager is dan de onderste streep op de inkttank, vul dan zo snel
mogelijk inkt bij. Als u het product blijft gebruiken wanneer het inktniveau lager is dan de onderste streep op
de tanks, kan dat leiden tot beschadiging van het product.
❏ Laat inktflessen voor gebruik ten minste drie uur op kamertemperatuur komen.
❏ Bewaar inktflessen op een koele, donkere plaats.
❏ Bewaar de inktflessen in dezelfde omgeving als het apparaat. Zorg er bij opslag of transport van een inktfles
met verwijderde afdichting voor dat u de fles niet schuin houdt en niet blootstelt aan schokken en stoten of
temperatuurschommelingen. Anders kan er lekkage optreden, zelfs als de dop goed op de fles is gedraaid.
Houd de inktfles rechtop bij het vastdraaien van de dop en zorg ervoor dat er geen inkt kan weglekken bij het
transport van de fles.
Specificaties van inktflessen
❏ Het is raadzaam de inktfles te gebruiken vóór de datum die op de verpakking wordt vermeld.
❏ De inktflessen die bij de printer zijn geleverd, worden deels verbruikt bij de installatie van de printer. Voor
afdrukken van hoge kwaliteit moet de printkop in de printer volledig zijn geladen met inkt. Bij dit eenmalige
proces wordt een bepaalde hoeveelheid inkt verbruikt. Met de gebruikte inktflessen kunnen daarom wellicht
minder pagina's worden afgedrukt dan met volgende inktflessen.
❏ De opgegeven capaciteit hangt af van de afbeeldingen die u afdrukt, het papier dat u gebruikt, hoe vaak u
afdrukt en de omgeving (temperatuur bijvoorbeeld) waarin u de printer gebruikt.
❏ De inktflessen kunnen gerecycled materiaal bevatten. Dit is niet van invloed op de functies of prestaties van
het product.
❏ Wanneer u in monochroom of grijswaarden afdrukt, is het mogelijk kleureninkt te gebruiken in plaats van
zwarte inkt, afhankelijk van de instellingen van de papiersoort of afdrukkwaliteit. Dit is omdat kleureninkt
wordt gemengd om zwart te creëren.
Het inktpeil controleren
Om zeker te weten hoeveel inkt er nog is, bekijkt u het inktniveau in alle inkttanks van het product.
