ekstra deviško oljèno olje po potrebi Frantoio la
Rocca
sol in poper po potrebi Don Jerez

Operite paradižnike, razpolovite jih in z ostrim
nožem odstranite pulpo; le-to shranite. Notra-
njost paradižnikov posolite. Paradižnike posta-
vite z glavo navzdol, da iz njih odteèe odveèna
voda.
Nato v sekljalnik dodajte paradižnikovo me-
zgo, kruh, rožmarin, timijan, baziliko, strok
èesna, parmezan, oljke, sol in poper. Vse sesta-
vine dobro premešajte, tako da dobite majhne
drobtine. Zmes zabelite z dvema žlicama ekstra
deviškega oljènega olja in ponovno premešajte.
Prekrijte pekaè s papirjem za peko, nanj položite
paradižnike ter jih z žlico napolnite s kruhovo
zmesjo.
Pecite 30 minut pri temperaturi 180°C.
