This sample conguration is for the following environment.
• Internet connection type: xDSL or cable internet
• Type of IP address provided by Internet Service Provider (ISP): static*
• IP address provided by ISP: 111.222.123.1 (sample only)
• Network devices: 1 computer, 2 Network Cameras
• IP address of computer: 192.168.0.100
• IP address of camera 1: 192.168.0.10
• IP address of camera 2: 192.168.0.20
• LAN-side address of Gateway/Router: 192.168.0.1 (sample only)
• Assign an IP address to each device. Also make sure you have assigned a port number to your Network Cameras. For this example,
CAM1’s port number is 6001, and CAM2’s port number is 6002. For information on conguring a Network Camera, refer to the operating
instructions.
