Brukerens program
Programmets egenskaper
• Brukerens program gir deg mulighet til å sette opp din egen individuell
trening. Det er mulig å velge fra 10 kolonner for tid/motstand og innstille
belastningsnivået.
• Du kan også i hvilken som helst treningsfase regulere individuelt tråkkemot-
standen.
• Kontroller din aktuelle hjertefrekvens og reguler tråkkehastighet eller tråk-
kemotstand.
Valg
Trykk på PROGRAM-knappen til det vises brukerens program på informa-
sjonslinjen. Bekreft valget ved å trykke på betjeningshjulet for valg.
Innstilling
Kolonner for tid/motstand: Hvis du har valgt brukerens program, blinker
den første kolonnen for tid/motstand i kontrollfeltet.
• Skru betjeningsknappen for valg til det vises ønsket belastningsnivå på
skjermen. Bekreft valget ved å trykke på betjeningshjulet for valg.
Hvis du har innstilt den første kolonnen for tid/motstand, blinker den andre
kolonnen for tid/motstand.
• Skru betjeningshjulet for valg til det vises ønsket belastningsnivå på skjer-
men. Bekreft valget ved å trykke på betjeningshjulet for valg.
Innstilling under treningen
Eekt: I den manuelle modusen kan du når som helst under treningen regu-
lere tråkkemotstand (WATT) individuelt ved å skru betjeningshjulet. Reguler
din hjertefrekvens ved hjelp av tråkkefrekvensen eller -motstanden.
