The display and it’s symbolsButton Functions
MODE
1. Press the button to scan through the values in the
display (TIME, COUNT, CAL and T.COUNT).
2. Press the button and hold for 4 seconds to reset all
values to zero.
Functions & Operations
Batteries Installation
Insert 1 pc 1.5 V LR44 battery in the battery case on the
back of monitor. Whenever batteries are removed or
replaced, all values will be reset to zero. To change the
battery, loosen the two screws on the top of the housing.
Take out the computer and replace the battery. Insert the
computer and tighten the two screws again.
Auto On / Off
While the user starts to do exercise, the display will show
the workout value automatically. If the computer does
not receive a signal for more than 5 minutes, the LCD will
turn off automatically.
RESET
Press the button and hold for 4 seconds to reset all values
to zero (except total count).
SCAN
Press the button until SCAN appears, the values TIME,
COUNT, CAL, T.COUNT will be displayed alternating every
5 seconds.
TIME
Press the button until TIME appears, it shows the workout
time in minutes : seconds.
COUNT
Shows the working count for a period exercise.
MODE button –

CAL
Press the button until CAL appears, it shows the accumu-
lated calorie consumption.
Note: This is a rough guide which can not be used in
medical treatment.
T.COUNT / TTR
Press the button until T.COUNT appears, it shows the
total working count.
NOTE
If the computer displays abnormally, please change the
battery at the back of the monitor.
Battery spec: 1pc 1.5 V LR44.
The batteries must be removed and shall not be dis-
posed in municipal waste. Dispose them according to
the local regulations.
This training equipment is not for therapeutic
purposes.
