Ručno podešavanje ST 700
Razina otpora se mijenja okretanjem vijka. Za pove-
ćanje razine otpora okrećite vijak u smjeru skazaljke
na satu, a za smanjenje suprotno od smjera skazaljke
na satu.
Ručno podešavanje ST 110
Za povećanje razine otpora najprije odvrnite krilastu
maticu i pomerite hidraulični cilindar navies na obije
strane. Zatim fiksirajte matice sa obije strane na istoj
poziciji. Za smanjenje otpora pratite isti postupak,
samo obratno.
Rukovanje
Odeća i obuća za vježbanje
Pazite da uvijek nosite prigodnu obuću za vježbanje, kao primjerice tenisice. Također, preporučamo Vam nošenje
prigodne lagane odjeće koja neće ograničavati Vaše kretanje tijekom vježbanja.
Intenzitet vježbanja
Prije počinjanja programa vježbanja razgovarajte sa svojim liječnikom. Odmah prekinite vježbanje ako osjetite bolove,
zategnutost u grudima, počnete gubiti dah ili osjećate nesvjesticu. Razgovarajte sa liječnikom prije ponovnog započi-
njanja vježbanja.
Podešavanje razine otpora
Tjelesni položaj
Vaš položaj na početku vježbanja sa trenažerom treba da je sa blago povijenim koljenima u sjedećem položaju. Nagni-
te se malo naprijed, ispružite ruke i uhvatite dršku. U ravnomjernom i tečnom pokretu odgurnite se nogama i zabacite
tijelo unazad, a ruke skupite ka grudima. Za smanjenje mogućnosti nastanka ozlijede nemojte u potpunosti ispružiti
koljena i ne naginjite se suviše unazad. Vratite na u početni položaj.
