Ročna nastavitev ST 700
Upor lahko spreminjate z vrtenjem obremenitvenega
gumba. Za povečanje upora obrnite gumb v desno,
za zmanjšanje upora zavrtite v levo.
Ročna nastavitev ST 110
Za povečanje upornosti popustite krilno matico
in premaknite roko hidravličnega valja navzgor
na stranski ročici. Krilno matico zategnite na obeh
straneh v enakem položaju. Upornost zmanjšajte na
nasprotni način.
Nastavitev upora
Pozicioniranje telesa
Z uporabo veslaške naprave pričnite tako, da se pravilno sedete z upognjenimi koleni. Z iztegnjenimi rokami se rahlo
nagnite naprej in primite za ročaj. Z gladkim, tekočim gibanjem se premaknite nazaj, odrinite se z nogami in obenem
z rokama potegnite proti svojemu prsnemu košu. Da bi preprečili poškodbe pregibajte kolena in ne nagnite se preveč
nazaj. Vrnite se v začetni položaj.
