COMPUTER INSTRUCTIONS

BUTTONS

RESET: Press once to reset any single function value. Press and hold for 2 seconds to reset all function values

(total reset).

MODE: Press to select the time, speed, distance or calorie functions. The display windows will blink to indicate

selection.

SET: Press to preset target function values under the setting mode.

FUNCTIONS

SPEED: Displays the current speed during when exercising.

DISTANCE

• UP: Automatically accumulates workout distance from the beginning of the exercise session.

• DOWN: Preset workout distance as a target by using the “set” key when the value is blinking. The target value will

automatically count down to 0 with beeper sounds and then continue to count up unless exercise stops.

TIME

• UP: Automatically accumulates workout time from the beginning of the exercise session.

• DOWN: Preset workout period as a timed exercise session by using the “set” key when the value is blinking. The tar-

get value will automatically count down to 00:00 with beeper sounds and then continue to count up unless exercise

stops.

CALORIE

• UP: Automatically accumulates calories amount used from the beginning of the exercise session.

• DOWN: Preset workout calorie amount as a target by using the “set“ key when the value is blinking. The target value

will automatically count down to 0 with beeper sounds and then continue to count up unless exercise stops.
