1. Gurnite sigurnosni ključ u donju poziciju da biste isključili konzolu.

2. Istovremeno pritisnite dugmad INCLINE

 + INCLINE  + STOP/

ENTER i držite ih.

3. Gurnite sigurnosni ključ u gornju poziciju. Na računaru treperi '1'.

4. Pustite dugmad.

5. Pomoću INCLINE  ili INCLINE  izaberite '2'. Pritisnite dugme

START da započnete s postupkom podešavanja nagiba.

6. Kompjuter prikazuje '0'. Pomoću dugmeta INCLINE  ili INCLINE 

dovedite traku u potpuno horizontalan položaj. Pritisnite dugme

STOP/ENTER da biste potvrdili nivo 0.

7. Nakon podešavanja nivoa 0, kompjuter će pokazivati '12', a traka za

trčanje će se automatski nagnuti nagore. Sačekajte da se traka za

trčanje potpuno iskosi prije nego što nastavite dalje.

8. Pritisnite dugme INCLINE  ili INCLINE  da biste nivo nagiba 12

podesili u željenu poziciju. Dva puta pritisnite dugme STOP/ENTER

da biste potvrdili.

9. Kompjuter će se vratiti u uobičajeni režim.

3. Zajedno pritisnite dugmad SPEED

 i SPEED  i držite ih.

4. Gurnite sigurnosni ključ u gornju poziciju.

5. Na računaru treperi '1'.

6. Pustite dugmad.

7. Pritisnite dugme INCLINE  ili INCLINE  da biste izabrali '3' i

pritisnite dugme START.

8. Kompjuter će pokazati put prijeđen u miljama; pritisnite dugme

SPEED  da uklonite podsjetnik i zatim dva puta pritisnite STOP/

ENTER da biste se vratili u uobičajeni režim.

8. Kompjuter će se vratiti u uobičajeni režim.
