Hlásenie matice 10x12 Dot Vám zobrazuje rôzne stupne obtiažnosti u programov sklonu (program 1-
4, 7, a takisto 10 a 11) a rýchlostné intervaly u programov 5-6 a 8-9, ako aj u 3 užívateských
programov. U programov 12-15 sa v manuálnom režime zobrazí na displeji vzdialenos 400 m.
Sklon/pulz:
V avom spodnom okne je zobrazená aktuálna srdcová frekvencia, s výnimkou toho, ke sa mení
sklon. Aby ste zistili Vašu srdcovú frekvenciu, obidve ruky pevne priložte na senzory pre runý pulz,
ktoré sú na to urené, alebo priložte hrudný pás. Pri použití senzorov pre runý pulz sa na získanie
o najpresnejšieho údaju odporúa postavi sa na postranné kryty.
Odporúa sa priloženie hrudného pásu, aby ste kedykovek získali presný údaj o Vašej srdcovej
frekvencii.
Doba/tempo:
Udáva dobu tréningu. Doba zaína na 00:00 a poíta do 99:59.
Stlaením tlaidla Select sa Vám zobrazí tempo, aké potrebujete na 1km
(minúty na kilometer).
Ke uvediete bežiaci pás do prevádzky dvojpolohovým vypínaom alebo umiestnite bezpenostný
kú do poítaa, objaví sa na displeji celková vzdialenos za tri sekundy.
Rýchlos:
Udáva momentálnu rýchlos v km/h.
Vzdialenos/výškové metre:
Udáva momentálne prejdenú trasu poas tréningu. Stlaením tlaidla Select v priebehu tréningu sa
zmení zobrazenie na už absolvované výškové metre.
Kalórie/kalórie za hod.:
Udáva spotrebované kalórie.
Stlaenie tlaidla Select vypoíta odhadovanú spotrebu kalórií za hodinu.
