Wat heb ik aan de trainingen
Een training op de Loopband is bijzonder effectief. U kunt trainen om uw algehele uithoudingsvermo-
gen verbeteren, maar ook om u hart- en vaatsysteem of uw been- en bilspieren te versterken. Hardlo-
pen op de loopband is, vergeleken met buiten hardlopen, erg veilig en kan volledig worden aangepast
aan uw wensen.
