Predhodno nastavljene vrednosti se bodo ob začetku z vadbo pričele odštevati. Ko boste
dosegli predhodno nastavitev (oziroma, ko se bodo vrednosti odštele vse do nič), bo
računalnik zapiskal in samostojno zaključil z vajo oziroma z vadbenim programom.
Scan
Če izberete SCAN se vam avtomatično prikažejo vsi podatki na zaslonu, vsak po 6 sekund.
Da pridete do
funkcije SCAN, pritiskajte gumb MODE toliko časa, da se vam prikaže na zaslonu prikaže
beseda SCAN.
PULZ (Pulse)
Pulz se zapisuje v utripih na minuto (Beats Per Minute ali BPM). Ob prekoračitvi predhodno
nastavljene žele dosežene hitrosti srčnega utripa, boste zaslišali opozorilni zvok. Za
optimalno prepoznavanje pulza se prosim prepričajte, da je na računalnik pritrjen samo eden
izmed pulznih prejemnikov.
Pritrdite ušesno priponko na mečico ušesa ali
Držite obe roki na pulzni povezovalnik ali
Uporabite ENERGETICS prsni komplet prevodnikov (po izbiri).
VADBENI UPOR (Resistance)
Med vadbo lahko kadarkoli spremenite upor vaje. To naredite tako, da pritisnete gumb UP
(gor) ali DOWN (dol). Trenutna stopnja upora je prikazana v malem zaslonu.
PREMOR (oziroma odmor med vadbo)-pause
Vadbo lahko ustavite tako, da ne poganjate pedal oziroma se ne dotikate gumbom več kot 4
sekunde. Na zaslonu računalnika se bo napisal znak“P”. Vse funkcije bodo delovale naprej
tako,j ko sensor zazna, da nadaljujete z vadbo.
NASTAVITEV/ MODE
Pritisnite gumb MODE, s katerim boste lahko preklopili zaslon od RPM (srčni utrip) na hitrost.
VADBENA OPOMBA (Fitness note)
Vadbena opomba je namenjena za individualno orientacijo, in naredi primerjavo med hitrostjo
srčnega utripa pred in po vadbi. Če boste redno vadili, boste videli, da se bo izboljšala vaša
telesna oziroma vadbena pripravljenost vadbe.
1.) Takoj po končani vadbi pritisnite gumb RECOVERY
2.) Z roko primite pulzni povezovalnik ali pa pustite prsni prevodnik še kar pritrjen.
3.) Čas se bo odšteval od 60 do 0 sekund.
4.) Vaša vadbena kondicija oziroma vadbena pripravljenost se bo pojavila na ekranu
(F1 – F6).
Nivo 1 (Level 1) = Odlična telesna oziroma vadbena pripravljenost.
Nivo 6 (Level 6) = Slaba telesna oziroma vadbena pripravljenost
AUTO OFF
Podatki o vadbi bodo na ekranu računalnik prikazani še približno 4 minute po končani vadbi.
Če boste v času teh štirih minut ponovno pričeli z vadbo, se bodo vrednosti začele ponovno
šteti. Če pa z vadbo ne boste nadaljevali, se bo računalnik samostojno izklopil.
RAZVELJAVITEV (Reset)
Če želite vse vrednosti nastaviti zopet na začetek oziroma na 0 (nič), potem držite gumb
RESET tri sekunde.
