Programmi individuali
Per le impostazioni dell´allenamento personalizzato, utilizzate i programmi
individuali.
Nel programma manuale non é impostato il prolo di carico, il livello di inten-
sitá d´attivitá sica è possibile impostar
lo in qualsiasi momento.
Il programma dell´utente ha la possibilità di creare il singolo prolo personale

Charatteristiche del programma
• Il programma manuale Vi lascia tutta la libertá per l´elaborazione del Vostro
allenament
o.
• Stabilite la durata d´allenamento o un percorso d´allenamento e anche il
numer
o delle calorie che volete consumare.
• Impostando la Vostra etá, il computer calcolerá la frequenza cardiaca finale
ideale per
Voi che sarà sempre visualizzata. Durante l´allenamento controlla-

e la Vostra frequenza cardiaca istantanea e modificate il carico.
• Il carico viene regolato in modo che durante l´allenamento si aumenti/dimi-
nuisca la r
esistenza alla pedalata o modifichi la frequenza della pedalata.

Ruotat
e il volantino di selezione finché non verrá visualizzato PROGRAM 1.
Premendo il volantino di selezione si conferma la selezione.
Impostazione
Durata dell´allenamento (TIME)/percorso dell‘allenamento (DIST):
Se avete selezionato il PROGRAM 1, l´indicatore del tempo d´allenamento
lampegg
ia (TIME). Potete stabilire sia il tempo d´allenamento sia il percorso
d´allenamento (DIST). Se impostate il tempo d´allenamento, il computer
salta l´impostazione del percorso d´allenamento. Nel caso che non impo
-
stiate un tempo d´allenamento, viene attivata l´impostazione del percorso
d´allenament
o.
• Ruotate il volantino per la selezione, finché sul dispaly non sarà visualizzato
il t
empo desiderato d´allenamento. Premendo il volantino per la selezione si
conferma l’impostazione.
Calorie (CAL): Nel caso in cui abbiate impostato un tempo d´allenamento o
un per
corso d´allenamento, lampeggia l´indicatore delle calorie (CAL).
• Ruotate il volantino per la selezione, finché sul display non sará visualizzato il
valor
e desiderato delle calorie che volete far bruciare. Premendo il volantino
per la selezione si conferma l´impostazione.
Etá (AGE): Nel caso in cui abbiate impostato le calorie, lampeggia l´indicatore
dell´etá (
AGE).
• Ruotate il volantino di selezione, finché sul display von verrá visualizzata la
