Važni saveti u vezi sa Vašim treningom kao i detaljno uputstvo
za treniranje se nalazi na ENERGETICS CD-u pod naslovom
„Personal Training Instruction“.
Pauza/prekid treninga i resetovanje
Ako poželite da na kratko prekinete trening nije potrebno da da nešto
posebno nameštate niti da pritiskate tačno određene tastere. Ako je trenažer
u mirovanju, vrednosti se ne broje.
Brojanje unešenih vrednosti naniže ili naviše
Ukoliko niste uneli nikakve vrednosti za treniranje, što znači da ste jednu, više
ili sve vrednosti ostavili na 0, vrednosti će se tokom treninga brojati naviše.
Imate mogućnost da odredite tačno trajanje treninga, deonicu koju želite
da pređete ili kalorije koje želite da potrošite tokom treninga. Ako unesete
jednu, više ili sve vrednosti, te vrednosti će računar brojati naniže sve dok ne
dostigne 0.
Ako ste uneli vrednosti, veoma retko će desiti da sve u isto vreme dostignu
vrednost 0. Kada vrednost dođe do 0, oglasiće se signalni ton i na ekranu će
se prikazati ta vrednost koja je dostigla nula. Na ekranu se stalno prikazuje ta
vrednost. Kratkim pritiskom na taster MODE vratićete se u uobičajeni mod
prikaza. Sada će se vrednost brojati naviše.
Bezbednost
Naša preporuka: razgovarajte sa svojim lekarom i pitajte ga za savet pre nego
što počnete treniranje.
• Trenirajte redovno i na duže staze.
• Tokom vežbanja nosite komotnu, sportsku odeću koja dozvoljava telu da
„diše“.
• Nosite patike koje se ne kližu. Ne trenirajte bosi. Postoji opasnost od
povreda, posebno na nožnim prstima.
• Jedan sat pre i posle treniranja ne biste trebali da obilno jedete.
• Tokom treninga unosite dovoljno tečnosti/vode.

Resetovanje svih podešavanja – RESET
Ako želite da računar vratite na osnovna podešavanja, pritisnite
taster RESET i držite ga barem 2 sekunde dok ne začujete signalni
ton i na ekranu ne ugledate početne vrednosti.

  • What does it mean E1 ? I removed and reintroduced the power supply, I changed the program and the power level, I pedaled ... The difficulty level increased but the error persists Submitted on 4-9-2020 at 12:08
