Važne upute za trening i detaljno uputstvo za treniranje na
Vašoj tnes napravi za Vas su sastavljeni na CD ENERGETICS

Pauza/prekidanje treninga i Resetiranje
Kada trening želite na kratko vrijeme prekinuti, za ovo nije potrebno nikakvo
namještanje ni nikakvo pritiskivanje tipke. Ukoliko je naprava za trening u
stanju mirovanja, vrijednosti se dalje ne računaju.
Oduzimanje ili dodavanje prema unesenim
vrijednostima
Kada za trening ne unesete nikakve vrijednosti, to znači da ostavljate jednu,
nekoliko ili sve vrijednosti na 0, sve vrijednosti u tkou treninga će se dodavati.
Isto tako imate mogućnost za Vaš trening unositi određeno vrijeme treninga,
trasu treninga ili potrošnju kalorija. Kada unesete jednu, nekoliko ili sve
vrijednosti, program vrijednosti u toku treninga oduzima na vrijednost 0.
Kada ste unesli vrijednosti, ponekad se dogodi da sva namještanja postignu
vrijednosti 0 u istom momentu. Kada jedno od namještanja postigne
vrijednost 0, pusti se signalni ton i pokazatelj preskoči direktno na prikaz
nulte vrijednosti. Na displeju se trajno prikaže ova vrijednost. Kratkim
pritiskom tipke MODE preskočite opet u standardni režim prikazivanja.
Vrijednost se sada dodaje.
Sigurnost
Naša preporuka: Prije početka treninga konzultirajte se sa Vašim liječnikom i
potražite njegove savjete.
• Trenirajte redovno i dugotrajno.
• Prilikom treninga koristite udobnu i odgovarajuću sportsku odjeću.
• Nosite sportsku obuću koja nije klizava. Nikada ne trenirajte bez obuće.
Prijeti rizik povrede, i to prije svega prstiju.
• Sat vremena prije i sat poslije treninga ne valja jesti nikakva teška jela/velike
porcije.
• U toku treninga u dovoljnoj količini trošite tekućinu.

Povratak svih namještanja na prvotnu vrijednost – RESET
Ukoliko računar želite namjestiti u polazno stanje, pritisnite u
trajanju od dvije sekunde funkcijsku tipku RESET, dok se ne pusti
signalni ton i na displeju se ne prikažu polazne vrijednosti.

  • What does it mean E1 ? I removed and reintroduced the power supply, I changed the program and the power level, I pedaled ... The difficulty level increased but the error persists Submitted on 4-9-2020 at 12:08
