Kada se jedan od namještenih parametara (vrijeme treninga, trasa
treninga ili potrošnja kalorija) oduzima (postiže se vrijednost 00),
pusti se signalni ton i računar promijeni prikaz na vrijednost koja
je izračunata na 00. Na displeju se trajno prikaže ova vrijednost.
Kratkim pritiskom na tipku MODE ponovo se prebacite u
standardni režim prikazivanja. Vrijednsot se sada priračunava.

Kada se nalazite u režimu prikazivanja, svjetlucaju pokazatelji
pojedinih parametara. Kada se nalazite u režimu u režimu
namještanja, pokazatelji ne svjetlucaju.
Trening – funkcije i namještanje
Ustrajni trening na tnes napravi u vezi sa računarom E-102, koji isto tako
mjeri Vašu srčanu frekvenciju, ne opterećuje srce i zglobove. Radi se o
svrsishodnom osnovnom treningu kako biste dobili dobru zičku kondiciju.
Točno to se sa tijelom radi prilikom redovnog treninga – prilagođava se
polako na početku još neugodnom opterećenju.
E-102 Vam prilikom sastavljanja Vašeg treninga ostavlja potpunu slobodu.
Možete unositi vrijeme treninga, trasu treninga i broj kalorija koje želite
sagorjeti, te vrijednosti u toku treninga kontrolirati.
U toku treninga kontrolirajte Vašu aktualnu srčanu frekvenciju i mijenjajte
opterećenje.
Opterećenje se regulira tako da se u toku treninga povećava/smanjuje otpor
gaženja ili mijenjate frekvenciju gaženja.
Individualno namještanje/parametri treninga
Glavni parametri za treniranje se za svaku jedinicu treninga mogu namještati
individualno. To su:
vrijeme treninga
trasa treninga
potrošnja kalorija
Namještanje/biranje parametara treninga

ada ste pomoću tipke RESET vratili vrijednosti nazad, pustite računar iz
stanja mirovanja, ili ako trenirate, računar se nalazi u režimu prikazivanja. Na
displeju se prikaže SCAN.
Pritiskom na tipku MODE se prebacite u režim namještanja. Pokazatelj SCAN
se izgubi.
Na displeju se prikaže STOP (bez aktivnosti treniranja) te u glavnom prikazu
vrijednosti namještenog vremena treninga (TIME).
Ponovnim pritiskom na tipku MODE preskočite na pokazatelje drugih
parametara namještanja (trasa treninga, potrošnja kalorija). Računar tada ide i
na sve druge parametre koji se namještaju, ali samo se prikazuju (ODO, srčana
frekvencija, brzina). Pritiskom tipke MODE ove pokazatelje opustite.

  • What does it mean E1 ? I removed and reintroduced the power supply, I changed the program and the power level, I pedaled ... The difficulty level increased but the error persists Submitted on 4-9-2020 at 12:08
