Allenandosi con tale programma é assolutamento necessario
prendere il lettore del polso manuale o utilizzare la fascia toracica
(accessorio particolare).
Il computer confronta ogni 10 scondi il valore misurato della fre-
quenza cardiaca con i valori digitati/impostati. Qundi ci vuole un
pó di tempo per la modica della resistenza. Nel caso che la die-
renza tra la frequenza misurata e quella impostata sia un pó piú
grande, la modica della resistenza alla pedalata viene eseguita
negli intervalli proporzionati senza dei grandi passaggi.

• Impostate la frequenza cardiaca massima con cui vorreste allenarVi.
• Le impostazioni da Voi effettuate non si possono modificare durante
l´allenament

• Il programma con controllo di frequenza cardiaca aumenta o diminuisce
la r
esistenza alla pedalata in base al Vostro polso misurato. Nel caso che la
frequenza cardiaca misurata superi il valore della frequenza cardiaca da Voi
pr
eimpostato, la resistenza diminuisce automaticamente.
• Se la frequenza cardiaca misurata si trova sotto il valore preimpostato della
frequenza cardiaca, il grado della resistenza incrementa automaticamente
finché non verrá raggiunto il Vostro valore preimpostato di frequenza
car
diaca.
• Se la frequenza cardiaca misurata
si trova sotto il valore preimposta-
to anche con il piú alto grado di
resistenza, aumentate la velocitá
della pedalata
.
