Leichte Be- und Entlastung
Das Programm
Tour ist als Be- und Entlastungsprogramm mit leichten Zyklen
ohne signikante Belastungsspitzen ausgerichtet. Die Belastung beginnt im
unteren Bereich des Tretwiderstandes, steigt leicht an, um dann wieder zu
sink
en. Der zweite Anstieg der Belastung weist die gleiche Zeit-/Widerstands-
k
urve auf wie der erste.
Durchquerung (P 3)
Mittlere Belastung mit Erholungsphase
Sie beginnen mit einer relativ hohen Belastung, die zur Mitte des Trainings
gleichmäßig abnimmt und zum Ende hin wieder anst
eigt. Die Belastung im
letzten Abschnitt ist wieder gleich hoch wie zu Beginn des Trainings, muss
jedoch nicht so lange gehalt
en werden.
Hügel (P 4)
Gleichmäßige Belastung
Dieses Programm beginnt auf einem sehr niederen Belastungsniveau mit
einer leichten Steigerung der Belastung, die dann über rund die Hälfte der
T
rainingszeit gehalten wird. Zum Ende des Trainings wird die Belastung
wieder auf das Ausgangsniveau zurückgeführt.
