PROVOZ

1． Po zapnutí bude nastaven výchozí program U1, ale otočením tlačítka UP/DOWN si

mŧţete vybrat jakýkoliv uţivatelský program; pro potvrzení stiskněte tlačítko ENTER.

Pak mŧţete změnit pohlaví, výšku, hmotnost a další osobní údaje na horním pravém

displeji. Pro potvrzení znovu stiskněte tlačítko ENTER.

2． Displej výběru funkce bude blikat, coţ znamená, ţe otočením tlačítka UP/DOWN

mŧţete zvolit mezi programy P1-P12; poté pro potvrzení stiskněte tlačítko ENTER.

Jakoukoliv výchozí hodnotu mŧţete změnit stisknutím tlačítka ENTER, dokud nebude

blikat poţadovaná hodnota. Pro potvrzení znovu stiskněte tlačítko ENTER.

3． Po zadání programu a ostatních hodnot stiskněte tlačítko START/STOP a začněte

cvičit.

Zvýšení nebo sníţení či výběr moţnosti. OTÁČEJTE

Tlačítko pro zahájení/ukončení

TLAČÍTKO

RECOVERY

Zkouška tělesné zdatnosti na základě měření rychlosti obnovy

tepu.

TIPY

Moţnost: Připojte AC adaptér (6 V, 1 A).
