4.5 Connecting to a PC to transfer data

You can plug your emporiaSMART.4 into your PC and then

transfer data easily. Plug the USB connector end of the USB

cable supplied into the PC and the other end into your phone.

The phone will detect the connection and the following

message will appear in the Info centre: Device being charged

via USB. Tap on this notication. A pop-up window displaying

a list of options for using the USB connection will appear.

Select File transfer. The phone will now be shown on your PC

as an external storage device and you can copy les.

The process may dier from this description depending on your

PC's operating system.
