9. Your smartphone or tablet will show several icons. We will explain how to play a
video file from your smartphone to your television.
10. Select ‘Home’ after which the available video’s will be listed.
11. Select a video and press the ‘Play’ button after which the video will be played on
your television.
Hint: Select ‘Clear Paired Devices’ to disconnect the devices from the media player.
14.4 Buddy Link
The EM7385 & EM7380 also have the popular ‘Buddy Link’ option. Using this option
you will be able to communicate with other people who have a Buddy Link or Google
account. You can send text messages to other people using the media player.
Hint: Connect the EM3140 Wireless Mini Keyboard with built-in Touchpad and Laser
to simplify typing your messages!
1. Use the navigation keys to select ‘Apps’ and press the ‘OK’ button.
2. Select the app you want to use, for example ‘Buddy Link’ and press the ‘OK’
button.
3. Sign in with the username and password of your Google account. A list of friends
will be shown. You can now send messages to (online) friends.
