• Let the beater (16) or kneading hook (17) come to a complete rest! Only then should you pull them
out of the prepared mix. Pull out the power plug (6).
• You can remove the beater (16) or the kneading hook (17) from the unit, by pressing the button EJECT
(2) carefully.
• Beating and kneading with the stand: Attention – The power plug (6) must not be connected to a
power socket! Insert the motor unit (1) into the tray. Engage the three recesses (7) on the underside of
the motor unit (1) into the locking pins (8) of the tray (14).
• Tilt up the tilting device (10). There are two openings (13) on the underside of the tray (14). Guide the
beaters (16) or the kneading hooks (17) through these openings (13) and attach them to the motor unit
(1) (refer to section
Beating and kneading by hand
).
• Set the beating vessel (12) on the rotary plate (11). Fill the dough mix into the beating vessel (12). Now
latch the tray (14) slowly under it. The beaters (16) or the kneading hooks (17) are now placed inside the
beating vessel (12).
• Set the speed switch (3) in position 0.
• Connect the power cord (3) to a suitable plug socket.
• Switch on the unit and work on the dough, as described in the section
Beating and kneading by hand
.
• The beating vessel (12) can be rotated with the rotary plate (11) during this operation. This facilitates
processing of the dough.
• At the end of the beating / kneading process, set the speed switch (3) in position
0
. • Let the beater (16)/
kneading hook (17) come to a complete rest. Pull out the power plug (6). Now lift up the tray (14) and
remove the beating vessel (12) from the unit.
CLEANING AND CARE
• Observe the safety instructions fully.
• Pull out the power plug before cleaning the unit every time.
• Allow the unit to cool down completely, before you start cleaning it.
• Use a piece of cloth moistened with water and a cleaning medium to clean the housing. Dry it carefully
after cleaning.
• Remove the kneading hook (17) or beater (16) from the unit before cleaning it every time.
• Clean the beater vessel (12), beater (16) and kneading hook (17) after every use, using hot water and a
mild cleaning agent; you can also wash it in the dishwasher.
• Do not use any aggressive chemicals, petrol, solvents, chemically treated cleaning cloths or such items.
They can damage the housing.
