Правилна употреба на ръкава

1. Намерете брахиалната артериа (Arteria Brachialis) на лявата ръка,

която е се намира на 25 mm над лакътя. Проверете къде пулсът е

най-силен.

2. Поставете ръкава около горната част на лявата ръка. Залепващите се

съединителни части на краищата на ръкава трябва да са насочени

нагоре и тубичката трябва да е насочена към долната част на ръката.

Цялата ръка трябва да е непокрита от дрехи. Не трябва да има

никакво напрежение върху вените причинено от дрехи, бижута и др.,

тъй като това може да повлияе на резултатите от измерването. Не

поставяйте ръкава върху ръкава на дреха, която сте облекли.

3. Ръкава трябва да е поставен на 2 - 3 cm над сгънката на лакътя.

Тубичката трябва да е поставена по средата на ръката. Завийте и

затворете ръкава около горната част на ръката. Проверете дали

съединени.

4. Пациента, чието кръвно налягане се измерва, трябва да е в седнало
