ÖLÇÜM YAPILIRKEN DOÐRU VÜCUT HAREKETLERÝ

Mümkün olduðunca doðru ölçüm deðerleri elde edebilmek için, kolluðun

mutlaka kalp ile ayný yükseklikte olmasýna dikkat edilmelidir. Eðer kolluk

kalpten daha yüksek yada aþaðýda ise, tam ölçüm deðerlerinden

sapmalar oluþabilir.

Oturur pozisyonda kan basýncý ölçümü:

• Dirseði bir masa yüzeyi yada baþka yüzeylerle (örneðin taþýma

çantasý) destekleyin.

• Kolluðun kalp ile ayný hizada olmasý amacýyla doðru konumlandýrma

için gerekirse kolunuzun altýna bir destek koyun.

• Elinizi gevþetin; elin ayasý yukarý bakmalýdýr.
