stoVe top
The stove tops are illustrated by way of example only. The
shape and position of stove tops may vary according to
the model.
Read the instructions provided by the man-
ufacturers before using the kitchen stove
for the rst time.
☞
●Before using the stove, make sure that
there is adequate ventilation by opening
the windows and skylight.
●Never use the stove or oven as a heater.
●Do not bring ammable or easily am-
mable objects near the gas burners when
they are on.
To light the stove:
1. Open the gas cylinder stop valve and the tap A on the
gas distribution unit (page 48).
2. Turn rotating knob B corresponding to the required
burner to the on position.
3. Press the knob and keep it pressed.
4. Light the ame by means of piezoelectric lighter C.
5. Keep the knob pressed for about 10-15 seconds after
ignition to allow the safety valve to supply gas inde-
pendently.
6. Release the knob and turn it to the desired position.
7. Repeat the procedure from the beginning if you are
unable to turn the burner on at your rst attempt.
Turn the knob to the "0" position to switch o the burner.
The ame will go out.

A device for locking the glass in open position is provided
on some stove tops.
Raise the glass and turn the upper part of the device by
approximately 90° to lock the glass.
●Do not close the glass cover when the
stove is still hot.
●Do not use the glass cover of the stove as
a support surface.
●Lower the stove cover while travelling.
●A ame guard is available near the stove
and can be dismantled for washing pur-
poses if necessary. Ensure that the ame
guard is installed when the stove is being
used.
The safety valve automatically closes the
gas supply if the ame goes out.
oVen
The oven may be arranged over the refrigerator or under
the kitchen according to the vehicle conguration.
Read the instructions provided by the man-
ufacturers before using the oven for the
rst time.

To light the oven, open the tap D on the gas
distribution unit (page 48).
When the oven is used in grill mode, extract
sheet A from the upper part of the oven to
the locked position.

    I am owner of Ford Transit 1999 Doral 114 and wish to have the user manual for the equipment in the coach build
    how to operate the gas oven, gas boiler, gas fridge gas heater air-condition as my motor home is equipped with all the appliances please.
