6.3 Ontgassen van de vloeistof
Nieuw aangemaakte reinigingsvloeistof is nog verzadigd met
zuurstof wat een negatief effect heeft op de ultrasoon werking.
Door het ultrasoon enkele minuten in te schakelen voor
aanvang van het reinigingsproces worden de kleine
luchtbelletjes uit de vloeistof verwijderd.
1. Start het ultrasoon met de drukknop ultrasoon (Fig. 4.10.I).
De groene LED in drukknop licht op.
2. Stel de gewenste frequentie in op 45 kHz met de frequentie
drukknop (Fig. 4.10.G). De groene LED in drukknop licht op.
3. Druk op de pulse drukknop (Fig. 4.10.H). De groene LED in
de drukknop licht op.
Na ongeveer 5 to 10 minuten is de reinigingsvloeistof ontgast.
Het ontgassen kan ook tijdens het opwarmen van de
reinigingsvloeistof.
6.4 Instellen van de ultrasoon frequentie
Het apparaat is uitgevoerd met twee verschillende ultrasoon
frequenties.
De ultrasoon frequentie word ingesteld met de drukknop
„frequentie“. (Fig. 4.10.G.). Het apparaat is uitgevoerd met de
volgende frequenties:
Voor het verwijderen van hardnekkige vervuiling, en
voorreiniging van grove oppervlakten.
Voor fijne reiniging, en voor het verwijderen van vervuiling van
tere oppervlakten.
De frequentie kan gewijzigd worden tijdens bedrijf.
