35.4 Funzionamento dell’apparecchio
35.4.1 Accensione
Collegare il cavo di alimentazione a una presa adatta.
L’indicatore si accende breve e l’apparecchio va poi in modalità di standby.
Posizionare una stoviglia idonea, con il preparato da cucinare / arrostire in modo
centrato sulla postazione di cottura (Ø 120 mm - 260 mm).
Premere ora l’interruttore On/Off per accendere i Ergo Touch 2000.
Si accende la spia di controllo ON/OFF.
La spia di controllo per Power lampeggia.
35.4.2 Modalità di potenza
Infine premere il tasto 2 Select. Le spie di controllo ON/OFF e Power sono accese.
Viene selezionata il livello di potenza „1200“ preimpostato e l’apparecchio si accende.
Con i pulsanti + / - (4+6), potete variare le impostazioni in qualsiasi momento in una
gamma da 200 a 2000 W.
Indicazione
► Per la cottura raccomandiamo di utilizzare, come abituati con il fornello tradizionale, i
livelli di potenza da 200 a 2000 W.
35.4.3 Modalità di temperatura
Per preselezionare la temperatura, premere il tasto 2 Select finché la spia di controllo
sopra Temp è accesa.
Viene selezionato il livello di temperatura preselezionato "180°C" e il dispositivo si
accende.
Con i pulsanti + / -, è possibile variare le impostazioni in qualsiasi momento in una
gamma da 60 a 240°C. (Livelli di temperatura: 60, 80, 100, 120, 140, 160, 180, 200,
220, 240 °C).
Si noti che le due funzioni di potenza e di temperatura sono un'alternativa di scegliere.
È possibile lavorare con i livelli di potenza o con il livelli di temperatura. La funzione
selezionata per ultima è attiva.
La temperatura viene misurata da un sensore di sotto della piastra di ceramica, quindi
la temperatura visualizzata può deviare dalla temperatura nella pentola.
Indicazione
► Nel caso di cotture alla griglia o di cotture di alimenti fritti a lungo, vi suggeriamo di
utilizzare la funzione “Temperatura” dal momento che potrete così utilizzare
temperature sino a 240°C.
