11. WALK TEST AND INSTALLATION

Before securing the RX barrier, perform a Walk test of the transmitter radio range.

• Set the control unit to “Walk Test” mode: keep the RX barrier in the desired position and press the Test

button to confirm that the position in question is within the communication range of the control unit;

• Once you have verified that the transmitter is operating in the desired position, you can proceed to install

the RX and TX barriers.

Fix the plate to the wall (or to a pole, using the “U”

bracket for 4-4.5cm poles);

Position the device on the plate;

Fix the device to the rear plate using the hole located

under the optics and proceed with the alignment;

After calibration and verification of correct operation

(see following section), replace the cover and secure it

with the closing screw located on the lower part of the

device.
