Afgegeven overeenkomstig de wet nr. 449 van 27/12/97 en de Circulaire van
het Ministerie van Financiën nr. 57/E van 24/02/98 (met betrekking tot fiscale
voordelen van herstelwerkzaamheden aan het woningbestand); verlengd bij de wet
nr. 488 van 23/12/99 en Financieel Verslag van 2001.
Elledi Srl verklaart dat de producten
STAR 8kW - 10kW - 12kW
met inwendige vuurhaard en vuurpot van staal of gietijzer, gietijzeren verbrandingskamer, deur van
keramisch glas, bestand tegen hoge temperaturen, regelbare primaire lucht, elektronische controlekaart,
behoren tot de werken die zijn gericht op energiebesparing (volgens het Wetsbesluit 10/91 en het DPR
[Italiaans Presidentieel Decreet]
Het betreffende product behoort tot de warmtegeneratoren die als energiebron gebruik maken van
plantaardige producten die in stabiele werkingstoestand een rendement geven van niet minder dan
70%, gemeten volgens de directe methode.
