General precautions:

• Never use the textile turbo nozzle directly

connected to the vacuum cleaner!

Always use it as an accessory attached

to the hose!

• Do not use the Turbo nozzle on skin

rugs, carpets with long fringes or with a

pile depth exceeding 15 mm.

• To avoid damaging the carpet, do not

keep the nozzle stationary whilst the

brush is rotating.

• Do not pass the nozzle across electric

cables, and be sure to switch off the

vacuum cleaner immediately after use.

Using the extension tube :

Connect the nozzle to the extension tube (8)

for cleaning under beds & furniture.

Hose & Accessories *

Remove the floor nozzle and secure the

shoulder strap* around the nozzle

connection and the upper stick, as shown on

the image (9).

Fasten the hose towards the nozzle

connection and connect the accessories*.

Changing the dust bag (10):

• The dust bag must be changed when the

suction power is reduced or when the

bag is full.

• Open the front cover and change the

dust bag. Make sure the new bag is in

the correct positioning the bag holder to

avoid leakage.

• Be sure to use only an original Electrolux

dust bag designed for this vacuum

cleaner, ref ES17.

• The vacuum cleaner has a safety device

so that the front cover can not be closed

without the dust bag in. Do not attempt

to force the cover to shut.

Replacement of the motor/micro filter (11):

If the suction power is reduced the

motor/micro filter may need to be changed,

normally after every 5:th replacement of the

dust bag. To change this filter:

• Open up the front cover and lift up the

filter holder.

• Replace the dirty filter.

Never use the vacuum cleaner without

the filter as it also serves as a motor

protection.

• Turbodüse nicht auf Fellvorlegern,

Teppichen mit langen Fransen oder mit

Gesamthöhe über 15 mm verwenden.

• Lassen Sie die rotierende Bürste nicht zu

lange an einer Stelle stehen, um Schäden

Schlauch und Zubehör *

Bodendüse abnehmen und Schulterriemen*

um Düsenanschluss und oberes Stabelement

befestigen, wie in der Abbildung gezeigt (9).

Schlauch an Düsenanschluss anbringen und

Zubehör anschließen*.

Staubbeutelwechsel (10):

• Der Staubbeutel muss gewechselt

werden, wenn die Saugleistung nachlässt

oder der Beutel voll ist.

• Frontabdeckung öffnen und Staubbeutel

wechseln. Darauf achten, dass der neue

Staubbeutel richtig in den Beutelhalter

eingesetzt wird, sodass kein Staub

austreten kann.

• Nur die für dieses Staubsaugermodell

entwickelten original Electrolux

Staubbeutel, Ref. ES17, verwenden.

• Eine Sicherheitseinrichtung verhindert, dass

die Frontabdeckung ohne eingesetzten

Beutel geschlossen werden kann.

Frontabdeckung nicht mit Gewalt schließen.

Wechseln von Motor-/Mikrofilter (11):

Bei verminderter Saugleistung muss

gegebenenfalls der Motor-/Mikrofilter gewechselt

werden, normalerweise nach fünfmaligem

Wechsel des Staubbeutels. Filter wechseln:

• Frontabdeckung öffnen und Filterhalter

anheben.

• Schmutzigen Filter wechseln.

Staubsauger niemals ohne Filter

benutzen, da dieser auch als

Motorschutz dient.
