Behebung kleiner Funktionsstörungen
Einige Probleme treten aufgrund vernachlässigter Wartung bzw. Versehens auf und
können auf einfache Weise gelöst werden, bevor Sie einen Fachmann zu Rate ziehen.
Führen Sie zunächst die folgenden Überprüfungen durch, bevor Sie sich an ein
Kundendienstzentrum wenden.
Während des Gerätebetriebs kann es sein, dass die rote Kontrolllampe der Taste
START/PAUSE blinkt und damit anzeigt, dass der Waschautomat nicht ordnungsgemäß
funktioniert.
Drücken Sie nach der Behebung des Problems die Taste START/PAUSE, um das
Waschprogramm neu zu starten. Wenn nach dem Überprüfen aller möglichen Ursachen
das Problem nicht behoben werden kann, wenden Sie sich an Ihr Kundendienstzentrum.
Störung Mögliche Ursache(n) Abhilfe
Der Waschautomat
startet nicht:
● Einfülltür nicht richtig
geschlossen (rote
Kontrolllampe der Taste
START/PAUSE blinkt).
● Netzstecker steckt nicht richtig
in der Netzsteckdose.
● Steckdose führt keine
Spannung.
● Netzsicherung des
Waschautomaten
durchgebrannt.
● Programmwähler nicht richtig
eingestellt und Taste
START/PAUSE wurde nicht
gedrückt.
● Mit der Taste DELAY wurde
eine Zeitvorwahl eingestellt.
● Einfülltür fest schließen.
● Netzstecker in die Steckdose
stecken.
● Überprüfen, ob im Haus
Stromausfall vorliegt bzw. die
Netzsteckdose Spannung führt.
● Sicherung auswechseln.
● Programmwähler drehen und
Taste START/PAUSE erneut
drücken.
● Soll die Wäsche sofort
gewaschen werden, eine evtl.
eingestellte Zeitvorwahl
annullieren.
Es läuft kein Wasser in
den Waschautomat ein:
● Der Wasserhahn ist zugedreht
(rote Kontrolllampe der
Taste START/PAUSE blinkt).
● Wasserzulaufschlauch ist
gequetscht oder geknickt (rote
Kontrolllampe der Taste
START/PAUSE blinkt).
● Wassereinlaufsieb verstopft
(rote Kontrolllampe der
Taste START/PAUSE blinkt).
● Einfülltür nicht richtig
geschlossen (rote
Kontrolllampe der Taste
START/PAUSE blinkt).
● Drehen Sie den Wasserhahn
auf.
● Verschraubungen des
Wasserzulaufschlauchs
überprüfen.
● Wassereinlaufsieb reinigen.
● Einfülltür fest schließen.
