Read the following instruction carefully

before using the appliance for the  rst

time.

• This appliance is not intended for use by

persons (including children) with reduced

physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or

lack of experience and knowledge, unless

they have been given supervision or in-

struction concerning use of the appliance

by a person responsible for their safety.

• Children should be supervised to ensure

that they do not play with the appliance.

• The appliance may only be connected

to a power supply whose voltage and

frequency comply with the speci cations

on the rating plate!

• Never use or pick up the appliance if

– the supply cord is damaged,

– the housing is damaged.

• The appliance must only be connected to

an earthed socket. If necessary an exten-

sion cable suitable for 10 A can be used.

• If the appliance or the supply cord is dam-

aged, it must be replaced by the manu-

facturer, its service agent or similarly

quali ed person, in order to avoid hazard.

• Always place the appliance on a  at, level

surface.

• Always disconnect the appliance from the

supply if it is left unattended and before

assembling, disassembling or cleaning.

• Das Gerät niemals verwenden, wenn– das

Netzkabel oder– das Gehäuse beschädigt

ist.

• Das Gerät darf nur mit einer geerdeten

Steckdose verbunden werden. Falls not-

wendig kann ein Verlängerungskabel für

10 A verwendet werden.

• Wenn das Gerät oder das Netzkabel be-

schädigt ist, muss es zur Vermeidung von

Gefahren vom Hersteller, vom Kundendi-

enst oder von einer entsprechend quali -

zierten Person ausgetauscht werden.

• Das Gerät immer auf eine ebene Fläche

stellen.

• Never touch the blades or inserts with

your hand or any tools while the appli-

ance is plugged in.

Danger of injury! Caution when assem-

bling, disassembling after use or when

cleaning! Ensure that the appliance is

disconnected from the mains supply.

• Do not immerse the appliance in water or

any other liquid.

• Do not operate the appliance for longer

than 1 minute at a time. If you have not

 nished blending after 1 minute, allow

the motor unit to cool down for 20 min-

utes before continuing.

• Do not exceed the maximum  lling vol-

ume as indicated on the appliances.

• Never process hot liquids (max 90 de-

grees).

• Do not use this appliance to stir paint.

• Never operate appliance without lid.

• This appliance is intended for domestic

use only. The manufacturer cannot accept

any liability for possible damage caused

by improper or incorrect use.

Built-in safety lock

This feature ensures that you can only

switch the appliance on when the

parts have been placed in the motor

unit in the correct position. When

Minute laufen lassen. Wenn Sie nach 1

Minute mit dem Mixen nicht fertig sind,

lassen Sie den Motor 20 Minuten lang

abkühlen, bevor Sie fortfahren.

• Die auf den Geräten angegebene maxi-

male Füllhöhe nicht überschreiten.

• Nie heiße Flüssigkeiten verarbeiten (max.

90 Grad).

• Das Gerät darf nicht zum Umrühren von

Farbe verwendet werden. Vorsicht, Explo-

sionsgefahr!

• Das Gerät nie ohne Abdeckung betreiben.

• Dieses Gerät ist nur für den Einsatz im

Haushalt geeignet. Der Hersteller übern-

immt keine Haftung für durch unsach-

gemäßen Einsatz verursachte mögliche

Schäden.

Thermal cut-out

The appliance is equipped with a

thermal cut-out that automatically

cuts o the power supply to the

appliance if it overheats.

If the appliance suddenly stops

running:

• Pull the plug out of the wall socket.

• Let the appliance cool down for

30 minutes.

• Put the plug in the wall socket.

• Switch the appliance on again.

Never reach into the beaker with your

 ngers while the beaker attachs the mo-

tor unit.

Eingebaute Sicherheitsverriegelung

Diese stellt sicher, dass Sie das Gerät nur

dann einschalten können, wenn alle Teile

richtig in das Motorgehäuse eingesetzt

wurden. Wurden die Teile richtig zusam-

men gesetzt, entriegelt sich die eingebaute

Sicherheitsverriegelung.

Temperaturbegrenzer

Das Gerät ist mit einem Temperaturbegrenzer

ausgerüstet, der bei Überhitzung automa-

tisch die Stromzufuhr zum Gerät abschaltet.

Wenn das Gerät plötzlich nicht mehr läuft:

• Ziehen Sie den Stecker aus der Wand-

steckdose.

• Lassen Sie das Gerät 30 Minuten abküh-

len.

• Stecken Sie den St

ecker in die Wandsteck-

dose.

• Schalten Sie das Gerät wieder ein.

Fassen Sie niemals mit der Hand in den

Aufsatz, während dieser am Motorge-

häuse befestigt ist.
