Sugerencias para la conservación
El tiempo de conservación del vino depen-
de del añejamiento, del tipo de uva, del gra-
do alcohólico y del porcentaje de fructosa y
tanino que contenga. Cuando compre el vi-
no, averigüe si es añejo o si mejora con el
tiempo.
Temperaturas de almacenamiento re-
comendadas:
• Para champaña y vinos espumosos, de 6
a 8°C
• Para vinos blancos, de 10 a 12°C
• Para vinos rosados y tintos ligeros, de 12
a 16°C
• Para vinos tintos añejos, de 14 a 16°C
Si apila varias botellas, asegurarse de que
no toquen la placa de enfriamiento del fri-
gorífico.
Estantes de la bodega
Los estantes se pueden quitar para la lim-
pieza.
Portabotellas de la vinoteca
Saque el estante y póngalo entre las dos
guías.
Las ménsulas portabotellas admiten un pe-
so máximo de 30 kg.
Es posible poner el estante entre guías a
100 mm de distancia para favorecer la ex-
posición de las botellas.
El compartimento inferior viene con un ca-
jón corredero que sirve para colocar las bo-
tellas en posición vertical.
El cajón está dotado de dos separadores
que se adaptan a botellas de diámetros di-
ferentes.
