transporteres fra butikken og legges inn fryseren

¥ ikke Œpne d¿ren til fryseren oftere eller la den stŒ
Œpen lenger enn absolutt n¿dvendig
¥ Matvarer som er tint opp, holder ikke sŒ lenge og
kan ikke fryses ned igjen.
¥ Den lagringsperioden som er oppgitt av i
matvareprodusenter, b¿r overholdes.
RŒd for frysing
Ved Œ f¿lge disse rŒdene oppnŒr du de beste
resultatene:
¥ Legg de matvarene som skal fryses ned, i det
¿verste rommet.
¥ Husk at magert kj¿tt holder seg bedre og lenger
enn fettholdig kj¿tt, som har kortere holdbarhet.
¥ Du b¿r bare fryse ned f¿rsteklasses, friske og
tilstrekkelig rensede matvarer.
¥ Del opp matvarene i mindre porsjoner f¿r
innfrysingen slik at innfrysingen gŒr raskere. PŒ
den mŒten er det ogsŒ mulig Œ tine opp mindre
porsjoner ad gangen senere.
¥ Pakk matvarene lufttett i aluminiums- eller
plastfolie.
¥ UnngŒ at matvarer som skal fryses ned, kommer
i ber¿ring med varer som allerede er fryst ned,
for Œ forhindre at det overf¿res varme til disse
varene.

Frukt og gr¿nnsaker: Rengj¿res omhyggelig og
oppbevares i gr¿nnsaksskuffen i bunnen av
kj¿leskapet.
Sm¿r og ost: B¿r oppbevares i lufttette beholdere
eller innpakkes i folie eller plastposer for Œ unngŒ luft
sŒ mye som mulig.
Melkekartonger: Oppbevares lukket i hyllen i
kj¿leskapets d¿r.
RŒtt kj¿tt (okse-svin-og lammekj¿tt samt vilt):
Legges i plastposer og anbringes pŒ hyllen i bunnen
