Op lage temperatuur garen
Ovenfunctie: Lage temperatuur
garen .
Met de ovenfunctie blijft het braadstuk
lekker mals en bijzonder sappig.
Lage temperatuur garen adviseren wij
zachte, magere stukken vlees en vis.
Lage temperatuur garen is niet geschikt
voor suddervlees of varkensbraadstuk.
De oven verwarmt tot de gewenste of
ingestelde temperatuur. Er klinkt een
zoemer zodra deze temperatuur is be-
reikt. Daarna schakelt de oven automa-
tisch naar een lagere temperatuur om.
Let op: Plaats bij het braden het vet-
filter in de oven!
Met de ovenfunctie Lage tempera-
tuur garen altijd open, zonder
deksel braden.
1. Het braadvlees in de pan zeer heet
aanbraden.
2. In een braadslede of direct op het
rooster met een daaronder geplaatst
opvangblik plaatsen.
3. In de ovenplaatsen. Ovenfunctie
Lage temperatuur garen kie-
zen, event. de teperatuur wijzigen en
verder braden (zie tabel).
