Wecken
Ovenfunctie: Onderwarmte
Gebruik voor het inmaken/wecken
alleen in de handel gebruikelijke gla-
zen van hetzelfde formaat.
Glazen met een schroefdeksel -
of bajonetsluiting en metalen
blikken zijn ongeschikt.
Voor het wecken gebruikt u het eer-
ste inzetniveau van onderen.
Gebruik voor het wecken de bak-
plaat. Hierop kunt u maximaal zes
glazen met elk een inhoud van één li-
ter plaatsen.
De glazen moeten allemaal tot de-
zelfde hoogte zijn gevuld en zijn
dichtgeklemd.
Plaats de glazen zodanig op de bak-
plaat, dat ze elkaar niet aanraken.
Giet ca. 1/2 liter water in de bak-
plaat, zodat er voldoende vocht in de
oven ontstaat.
Zodra de vloeistof in de eerste gla-
zen begint te parelen (bij 1-liter-gla-
zen na ca. 35-60 minuten), schakelt
u de oven uit of verlaagt u de tempe-
ratuur tot 100°C (zie de tabel).
