Baked products are too dry. Baking time too long due to exces-
sively low temperature.
Check the temperature setting with the
details indicated on the table and if
necessary raise the temperature and
shorten the cooking time.
Baked products are too moist. Too much moisture retained due to
excessively high temperature.
Set the lower temperature indicated on
the table.
Too much moisture in
pastry/mixture.
Make the pastry/mixture with less liquid.
