Hladna supa od rajčice
750 g rajčica
Razrežite rajčice poprijeko i blanširajte ih vrućom
vodom.
Ogulite kožicu s rajčica i isjecite ih u velike
komade. Ogulite luk i isjeckajte ga u komade.
Stavite rajčice i luk u mikser i umiksajte fini pire na
brzini 2.
Dodajte limunov sok i ocat. Začinite solju i paprom i
šećerom. Umiješajte crème fraîche.
1 luk
3 žlice za
juhu
maslinovo ulje
1 šalica crème fraîche
1 limun
2 žlice za
juhu
balzamni ocat
1 žlica za
juhu
isjeckano lišće
bosiljka
sol, papar, šećer
Krem supa od povrća
500 g mrkva Operite i oljuštite mrkvu pa izrežite na komade.
Kuhajte
1/4 l povrća oko 15 minuta. Pustite da se
nakratko ohladi.
Miksajte na brzini 2, zatim vratite u
lonac. Dodajte ostatak
materijala i ponovo zagrijte
supu. Za okus dodajte bijelo vino i kremu.
1/2 l povrće
1/8 l kreme
1/8 l bijelo vino
krasuljica, peršin,
sol, papar, šećer
Hladna supa od krastavaca
750 g krastavac Operite i oljuštite krastavce, razrežite uzduž i izvadite
sredinu. Isjeckajte meso krastavaca na komade i
stavite u mikser s češnjakom. Miješajte u mikseru na
brzini 1. Dodajte jogurt i dobro umiksajte. Začinite
solju, paprom i šećerom.
Garnirajte koprom i lukom vlascom
500 g prirodni jogurt
1 režanj češnjak
1 zahvat šećer, sol, papar
1 svežanj luk vlasac
1 svežanj kopar
Humus
250 g kuhani slanutak
(može se koristiti
slanutak iz
konzerve - dobro
isprati)
Miksati sve sastojke na brzini 2 oko 40 sekundi ili dok
nije glatko.
3 žlice za
juhu
maslinovo ulje
30 ml limunov sok
4 režnja češnjak
30 ml voda
